The employee table view gives administrators a real-time snapshot of every staff member — with sortable fields like name, date of birth, email, and account status. You can live-filter as you type, bulk-select rows, and take action instantly: add a new employee, upload a CSV, or export selected records to PDF. Validation ensures data accuracy at every step.

Interactive Availability Scheduling

Every employee profile includes a drag-and-drop availability grid, modeled after familiar calendar tools. Admins can quickly define caregiver availability with click-to-add or click-and-drag tools — and edit, move, or delete time blocks just as easily. Real-time validation ensures no overlaps or double-bookings. Availability is always up to date and ready for scheduling.

ALE’s employee and document search tools work exactly the same across modules. Instantly narrow down results by file name, edit date, uploader, or form status. Sort by any column, filter by progress, and find what you need in seconds — no retraining required.

Invite, Track, and Manage Staff Seamlessly

Each employee’s account status is clearly labeled: Not Invited, Invited, or Active. Administrators can send invitations, edit employee profiles, and track onboarding progress. All user records are tied to their assigned organization, with future support for cross-agency sharing via partnerships.​

Centralized Document Management

Keep onboarding forms and uploaded files all in one place. Each caregiver profile includes a Documents tab with editable display names, version control, last-modified tracking, and status indicators (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Submitted). Upload IDs, licenses, or certifications via drag-and-drop and retain full history for every file — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Future-Ready for Compliance and Scale

This module lays the foundation for upcoming compliance workflows. In future releases, ALE will support OIG exclusion checks, license renewal tracking, and expanded employee status flags. All edits, deletions, and uploads are logged for a permanent audit trail — and future actions like archival or reassignment are already designed into the system.
