Each employee’s account status is clearly labeled: Not Invited, Invited, or Active. Administrators can send invitations, edit employee profiles, and track onboarding progress. All user records are tied to their assigned organization, with future support for cross-agency sharing via partnerships.​

Keep onboarding forms and uploaded files all in one place. Each caregiver profile includes a Documents tab with editable display names, version control, last-modified tracking, and status indicators (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Submitted). Upload IDs, licenses, or certifications via drag-and-drop and retain full history for every file — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This module lays the foundation for upcoming compliance workflows. In future releases, ALE will support OIG exclusion checks, license renewal tracking, and expanded employee status flags.
